Reservation Conditions
1.Purpose of the Agreement
These terms and conditions govern the reservation and use of the tourist accommodation Casa Rural Esmeralda, located in Puente Genil (Córdoba, Spain).
By confirming a booking through the website www.casaruralesmeralda.com, the guest fully accepts these terms and agrees to comply with the house rules and regulations of the accommodation.
2. Booking Process
Booking requests are managed through the online form or by direct contact via WhatsApp or email.
A booking will only be considered confirmed once Casa Rural Esmeralda has expressly communicated its acceptance by email or message and, if required, upon receipt of the deposit payment.
Rates and conditions may vary depending on the season, number of guests, or length of stay.
The maximum capacity of the accommodation is 12 people, unless expressly authorized otherwise.
3. Deposit and Payment Method
A deposit of 30% of the total amount of the stay may be requested to guarantee the reservation.
The remaining balance must be paid upon arrival or via bank transfer before the stay, as agreed.
Payments can be made by bank transfer, Bizum, or any other previously agreed method.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
More than 15 days before arrival: full refund of the deposit.
Between 7 and 15 days before arrival: 50% refund of the deposit.
Less than 7 days before arrival or no-show: no refund will be made.
In the event of force majeure (travel restrictions, serious illness, etc.), Casa Rural Esmeralda may offer a date change at no additional cost.
5. Check-in and Check-out
Check-in: from 4:00 p.m.
Check-out: before 12:00 p.m.
Schedules may be modified upon prior consultation and subject to availability.
Upon arrival, all guests must present valid identification documents for the mandatory traveler registration required by Spanish law.
6. House Rules
Smoking is not permitted inside the house.
Pets are allowed, provided they are communicated in advance and guests respect cleanliness and coexistence rules.
Parties, events, or any activities that may disturb the surroundings are not allowed without express authorization.
The guest agrees to care for the facilities, furniture, and natural environment.
Any damage caused must be reported and may be deducted from the deposit or charged afterward.
7. Guest Responsibility
The guest is responsible for the proper use of the facilities and for keeping the house securely closed when not present.
Casa Rural Esmeralda is not responsible for theft, loss, or personal injury resulting from improper use of the facilities.
8. Modifications or Cancellations by the Accommodation
In cases of force majeure, technical failures, or unforeseen circumstances that prevent hosting the guest, Casa Rural Esmeralda commits to:
Offering alternative dates, or
Providing a full refund of the amounts paid.
9. Data Protection Policy
The personal data provided during the booking process will be processed in accordance with EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) and the Spanish Organic Law 3/2018, for the purpose of managing requests and stays at Casa Rural Esmeralda.

10. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These conditions are governed by Spanish law.
Any dispute arising from the reservation or stay will be submitted to the competent courts of Córdoba, Spain.
